HOW DID WE DO IT?

LavenirAI approached us with the goal of testing message & product-market fit. As they had just launched, they had 2 existing clients and no outbound or GTM plan. We came up with foundational positioning and messaging, set up outbound infrastructure and quickly turned it to the highest performing marketing asset to attract billion dollar companies. We built them a $2,700,000+ pipeline in 52 days, with SQLs including Accenture.com, IHG Hotels, LinkedIn, Eli Lilly & Co, Dallas Cowboys, Volkswagen, Miro, ExxonMobil, Miro, UnderArmour and other whales.

Pipedrive is a sales CRM and pipeline management software designed to help small businesses manage leads, automate the sales process, and close deals more efficiently. It offers tools for tracking sales pipeline, managing contacts, automating tasks, and analyzing performance with real-time insights.

HOW DID WE DO IT?

Pipedrive approached us with the goal of converting more NPCs (new paying clients). We were initially quoted with generating an extra 10 conversions on their mid-high tier plans. We managed to full our monthly quota from the first month, converting 90% of leads on an annual plan for bigger immediate return. We did this by leveraging Clay.com for sales triggers and relevancy to run highly targeted prospecting campaigns.
